Why do we buy on Etsy?
Etsy handles the payment and gives you your download right after it, with the link to start your website. You get Etsy’s order history and messages, and we never see your card details. How it works.
Is it a subscription?
No. It is one payment per design, with nothing to renew and no upgrades inside the panel. Your website stays online until 12 months after your wedding date. What is included.
What happens after 12 months?
Your website closes for guests; in your panel you can still see your content and download your replies. Need it online longer? Message us on Etsy before your “Online until” date and we can extend it. After your “Online until” date, we keep your website archived for 12 months, then we delete it with its photos and replies.
Can we get a refund?
no returns, exchanges or refunds, because you get instant access to a digital product. If something on your website does not work as described, we fix it. Please open the live demo on your phone before you buy, so you know exactly how your design looks and opens. Contact us with any question first.
Can we buy directly on this website?
Not yet. Today every design is sold on Etsy only. If that changes, this page will say so first.
